for this tutorial i have used the program

 paint shop pro 9 but any one will do

for this tut you will need the following

a tube i have chosen the tube

plug in :

muras meister /copies/ encircle

eye candy  gradient glow

mask of choice

font of choice 

lets get started 

open a new raster layer 1000x1000

i know that large but we resize later :)

open 7 of your kit elements that will match together

choose a frame from your kit or an element that you can make into a frame 

if you are going to make the frame  

on your work layer  copy paste the  element you have chosen for the frame 

and image/resize by 30%

plugin : muras/meister  copies

on the bottom left  drop down choose encircle 

with the settings below

in your layer pallette change the layer name to frame 

now  back to your kit find a nice paper and copy /paste as new layer 

drag below your frame layer

highlight your frame layer

click in side the  frame and selections /modify/expand by 5

back to selections  and click invert 

highlight your paper layer and hit  delete key on your keyboard

choosing one at a time  place your other elements 

 by copy /pasting as new layer with each element

move  your elements around untill you have them how you like them 

now add your tube 

if needed resize to fit  

so that it isn't overpowering your  work area

add a drop shadow of choice 

once this is done  layers /merge/merge visible

you can  make some word art using  your font  you have chosen 

i made mine 

all the fun ...

 because the kit is a circus kit 

but you dont have to do this if you dont want too 

there are also lots of blogs that do  

word art 

a search will show you 

adding your name /word art

write  what ever you choose for your  word art 

then  if your type is in vector  right click and  change to raster layer 

once this is done

on your word

selections/select all/selections/float/selections/defloat

selections/modify expand by 5 

add a new raster layer drag below your word art layer 

choosing a contrasting  color 

use your paint brush and fill  inside  the marching ants making sure 

you are on the new layer 

once you have finished painting on your word art layer  right click and merge down 

repeat this with your name 

except  once you have merged the two layer ( name  /paint)

effects/plugins/eye candy /gradient glow 

with the settings below

dont forget to change the color 

add your copyright and url of your artist

 and if you are using a ptu tube  also  your licence 

merge/merge visible again 

image/resize  600x600  all layers ticked 

thats it your done

you will also need a nice font 

and a mask of choice 

lets get started 

open a new raster layer 1000x1000

i know that's large but we will re size later

open  your frame 1 from the kit 

copy paste onto your work layer 

drag the film strip (frame 1) to the left of your work area

choose a paper  and place behind the film strip  in your layer pallette  drag the paper layer below the frame layer 

copy paste your tube into the work area 

choose a part of the tube and using the selection tool 

draw a rectangle around the part of the tube you have chosen 

right click on the top of the work  area and choose copy

then again right click on the top of the work area and  choose paste as new layer 

you should now have a copy of the  part of the tube you wish to use 

drag the  part of the tube into the top  frame of the film strip 

if needed  enlarge 

on the  highlighted  layer 

(copied from tube layer )

right click in layer pallette and duplicate 

image / mirror 

drag this  to the bottom of the film strip 

find an element that fits  with  the tube and 

 place it in the center of the film strip

x out all other layers on your layer pallette

 and layers/merge/merge visible

back again to the  kit / frames and  choose the oval frame  open in psp and

 copy /paste as new layer 

find a nice paper that contrasts with the film strip paper and  again  copy paste as new layer 

highlight your oval frame layer and  go to selections/select all

selections/float/selections/defloat/selections invert 

highlight your paper layer  and hit delete on your keyboard 

staying on the paper layer  selections/invert this will take the selection around the frame  selections/modify /contract by 11

back to kit and choose the last frame 

copy paste as new layer and resize by 80%  drag this to show around the circle layer 

see mine for help

adjust/add remove noise /add noise gaussian , monochrome ticked 100%

find some other  nice elements to place on the tag  till you feel you have it how you want it 

now move the tube you copy/pasted earlier  to the center of the oval frame 

add a nice drop shadow 

add your name your artist info 

and licence if you are using a PTU tube 

layers /merge/merge visible 

resize to 600x600 and your done

lets get started 

open your tube and supplies in psp

open your on your template 

choose which of the papers you wish to use 

copy paste paper  resize by 70%

highlight on the circle layer 

selections /select all/selections/float selections/defloat

selections /invert

highlight your paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard

repeat as above on both rectangles using the other two papers

find the flower and resize to fit inside  the  circle layer 

add a small drop shadow of choice 

find the two heart resize by 60% 

 place on the  left rectangle at the top

find your bow and  resize by 60% 

place this on the top of the left  rectangle 

so that it is slightly  over the two hearts 

find the brooch 

 place that at the bottom of the  right  rectangle 

duplicate the brooch layer and  mirror 

placing  it at the top of the   right side rectangle  

find the mask  resize by 50% 

 place that at the bottom right  triangle 

using your deform tool twist the mask a little to the right 

(see mine above )

if you wish you could find a different flower or use the same one 

and copy paste as new layer 

mura's meister  encircle using default settings 

drag the layer  down so it is just above the mask layer on the template 

  up  making sure the flower layer is highlighted 

now add your close up of the tube

now add the  full size of the tube resizing if needed 

add your copyright and  url of artist

and licence if you are using a ptu tube like me 

add your name 

x out the mask layer 

highlight one of the other layers 

and mmerge/merge visible 

duplicate the merged layer 

resize the original merged layer by 90 % 

the copy of merged layer by 85%

on the original  layer  adjust/blur/gaussian blur 20.00

on the mask layer 

adjust/add remove noise/ 40.00

now layers /merge/merge visible 

adjust/sharpen/sharpen 

resize your finished  tag  to 600x600

thats it your done

lets get started 

i am asuming you are using the  scrap kit  above 

open a new raster layer 1000x1000

we will resize later

open  doodle and the ribbon cluster 

resize the  doodle by 40% and then  copy paste to your work layer

repeat with the  ribbon cluster using your deform tool 

twist the ribbon cluster  so that it is  at the same angle of the  doodle stem 

making sure your doodle layer is active

selections/ select all /selections/float/selections defloat

selections /modify/contract and contract by 1

highlight your ribbon layer and  erase 

the  parts of the  ribbon that is showing over the  doodle

(check my tag for  help )

layers/merge/merge visible

selections / select none

on your merged layer  - effects /pluing/muras meister 

encircle with settings as they are 

duplicate your doodle/ribbon circle

and resize by 60% on your copy layer  again duplicate and again  resize by 60% 

now  move the two new doodle circles so they fit inside of each other 

now get your  fruitylicious bow i used the strawberry one

place this from lower left to upper right of your doole  circles 

using your warp brush  just gently tease the edges of the bow 

so they  look like they are wrapped round

now place your tube in the center by copy and paste as new layer 

i also added the glitter strawberries and  resized them by 30 %

then again used muras meister encircle and  dragged the layer below the doodle layer i

i then duplicated  went to image 

mirror/ flip

now find the font you want to use  add your name 

a now add your copyright and url for your artist and also the  licence if you need it 

and thats it your done
